Most people showing you an AI-built app are showing you a demo. I'm showing you a brokerage management system that a real team has opened every working morning for over a year — with their clients, their money and their deadlines inside it. Internal tools, CRMs and lead systems. Shipped, deployed, maintained.
Selected work
Client names withheld where asked. Happy to walk through any of these live, screen shared.
A credit brokerage was running on spreadsheets, a shared drive and a WhatsApp group. I replaced that with one system their consultants actually use: case pipeline, client profiles, a credit simulator, commission tracking and per-consultant reporting. It has been in daily use for over a year and is still the system of record.
What it does
What made it hard
I had built internal tools before that nobody used, for one reason: they needed manual data entry. So this one was built on a single rule — zero typing. It pulls a public industry registry, enriches every company from Google, verifies the match so one business never gets another's phone number, scores the result, and hands me a daily queue. Messages go out from inside it, link clicks come back, and the follow-up sequence runs itself.
A single-purpose page for a productised offer: unlisted, no menu entry, sent only by direct link. Every recipient gets a unique tracking link, so a click tells me who is warm before I pick up the phone. Booking is embedded, the form writes straight into my own database, and one-click unsubscribe is wired in at the header level for deliverability.
Two ways to work with me
You have more work than developers this quarter. I take the overflow — internal tools, dashboards, integrations, client builds. I can speak to your client directly or stay completely invisible behind your brand, your call.
You run your business on spreadsheets and memory, and it has started to cost you. I've already built this exact system once, for a firm that still uses it. Yours gets your workflow, your lenders and your history migrated in.
How I work
A working URL every week, not a status report. If a direction is wrong, you find out on day five — not on delivery day.
Claude Code and Lovable are part of how I move fast. They are not the product. The product is a system that holds up under real users, real data and real edge cases — which is the part the tools don't do for you.
Docker, a reverse proxy, TLS, backups, environment separation. Not a preview link that dies when the trial ends.
Repository, infrastructure, data. No lock-in, no platform that holds your product hostage, no exit fee.
Contact
Two sentences about the problem is enough to start. If it isn't a fit, I'll say so in the first reply instead of booking three calls about it.
